3. Follow the Yard Rules
General Rules

Enter at Your Own Risk – Owners are fully responsible for the actions, behavior, and safety of their dogs at all times.

Supervision Required – Dogs must not be left unattended. Owners must remain within the yard with their pets. Please prevent chewing, aggressive behavior and excessive barking.

Clean Up After Your Pet – Owners are required to promptly pick up and properly dispose of all waste. Please report the release of any loose stool so we can deal with it promptly.
Health & Safety

Healthy Dogs Only – Please do not bring dogs showing signs of illness, contagious conditions, or fleas/parasites.

Collars & Tags – Dogs should wear a collar with identification at all times.

No Aggressive Dogs – Dogs displaying aggressive behavior must be removed immediately.
Use of Equipment

Agility & Play Structures – Use at your own risk. Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog’s safety when using equipment. Please prevent your pet from chewing the equipment.

Age & Skill Consideration – Not all equipment is suitable for every dog. Please exercise caution and supervise closely.

Respect the Space – Equipment and structures are for dog use only; please do not climb or allow children to play on them.
Courtesy & Conduct

Limit Toys & Food – Avoid bringing items that may cause conflict between dogs.

Be Respectful – Share the space fairly with others and respect the posted booking times.

Leash Protocol – Keep dogs leashed when entering and exiting the yard. Off-leash play is allowed only inside the fenced area.

Little Paws Inn Backyard Play Yard – Scheduling & Pricing
Definitions

Household – Dogs belonging to the same family. Maximum of 2 dogs per household. Each additional dog beyond 2 incurs a $5 charge.

Member – A pet that has been assessed and accepted by Little Paws Inn and uses LPI services (daycare and/or overnight care) at least once per month. All vaccinations must be current, and the account must be in good standing.
Booking Categories
Member-Only Open Lounge Sessions

Rate: $21 per household per session (no time limit within the designated “Open Lounge” time slot).

Format: Members may drop in during scheduled Open Lounge hours. Multiple member households will share the space.

Purpose: Casual socializing, relaxation, and dog play in a familiar, member-only environment.

Limit: Maximum of 6–8 households per session to maintain comfort and safety.
Private Bookings (Members & Public)

Rate: $29 per household per 50-minute session.

Members receive a 25% discount

Member guests receive a 10% discount

Availability: Members have priority booking. Members bringing guests must accompany them for the full session. Public bookings are welcome.

Uses: Birthday parties, breed meetups, group gatherings, training clubs.

Capacity: Up to 10 households per private session.
Add-On Options (Available for Any Session)

🎯 Human Games (cornhole, ladder toss, giant Jenga): $10 per setup

🍔 BBQ or Flat Grill with propane: $30

❄️ Electric Cooler (fridge/freezer capable): $10 per cooler

🎤 60” Presentation Monitor (media provided by renter): $25

🍹 Mocktails (non-alcoholic beverages): $5 per drink (menu provided)

🐾 Future Add-Ons Coming Soon! (Agility challenges, pup-cakes, photo backdrops, etc.)
Add-ons must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Booking Opens: Mondays at 7:00 AM for the upcoming week.

Full-Day Rentals: Must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. A 15% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. 24-hour cancellation notice applies.
